Join physical therapist and clinical Pilates educator Kobi Jack for this one-hour workshop on neurodynamics, focusing on how to integrate neural techniques into your Pilates teaching.

You’ll learn how to…

  • Define neurodynamics
  • Understand the difference between neural sliders and neural tensioners
  • Recall the major nerve pathways in the upper limb and lower limb
