Refund Policy
Membership Cancellation

  • A member may cancel their membership within 14 days of joining and will receive a full refund less $25 service fee.
  • Memberships may not be cancelled after 14 days of joining.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail or fax, by the member or credit card holder.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or member ID number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
  • All benefits and incentives received by member must be cancelled
