PMA Forms & Downloads

The PMA™ provides forms and information in the PDF format for download and use by its members. PDFs can be viewed and printed on ANY computer with the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Most computers are now pre-loaded with this software at purchase. However, if you cannot download or view these forms, you will need to first get the FREE Acrobat Reader software here.

The Procedure For Taking the Test

Download the candidate handbook and application.

Fill out application, provide all necessary additional documentation, enclose payment (or provide Credit Card info) and then and fax or mail to CASTLE Worlwide.

CASTLE Worldwide will review your application, determine your eligibility and send you a User ID and Password. PLEASE KEEP THESE IN A SAFE PLACE AS THE PMA CANNOT RETRIEVE THIS INFORMATION FOR YOU.

Using your User ID and Password, you will go on-line to CASTLE'S Web Site to schedule a computer-based testing session at a testing location near you.

Go to your scheduled appointment to take the test.

CASTLE Worldwide handles registration for this test. However, if you have questions about taking the test, you may call the PMA at +1-866-573-4945, Extension 205. You will find the necessary contact information and procedures in the candidate handbook. There are no exceptions regarding the requirements for sitting for the test.
