This conference marks a decade of work by the Pilates community to unify, network, share and professionalize. We have accomplished an enormous amount in the last ten years, and now we're turning a corner with our New Vision which will give you more ways to be actively involved.

Amongst many other exciting sessions, our 2010 conference will have dedicated chair workshops and workouts, a PMA Business Track, and the addition of our first ever Town Hall Meeting.

Registration Fees

During January and February, the agenda is subject to change. Because of this, please note that you will NOT be able to select your mat classes or workshops during the pre-registration period; you will be able to do so as of March 1, 2010. When you pre-register for the conference and have successfully made your online payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation number via e-mail.

Beginning on March 1, 2010, please revisit the registration website and use your confirmation number to select your mat classes and workshops. The PMA will send you an e-mail to alert you to revisit our website again to register for your sessions.

Please note that the PMA does not guarantee your spot in any sessions, even if you pre-register for the conference. Each session has a maximum capacity. Classes do fill up quickly, so you should revisit our website to register for your sessions as soon as you receive our alert e-mail.

It is imperative that you enter your most current e-mail address into the registration website, as that will be the e-mail address used to send you the alert e-mail.

$725 - September 1 - November 5 (Fall Rate)

NON-MEMBERS:

$775 - March 1 - August 31 (Summer Rate)
$825 - September 1 - November 5 (Fall Rate)

Cancellation Policies

Refunds will be made for cancellations sent in writing to the PMA office via the postal service or courier (attn: Tanya Nieto-Winzey). Cancellation letters must be postmarked on or before September 1st, 2010, and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation letters postmarked between September 2, 2010 and October 2nd, 2010, will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 2nd, 2010. The PMA reserves the right to substitute Workshops or Presenters at any time.

PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR REFUND TO BE PROCESSED AFTER CONFERENCE DATE.

There are two hotels to chose from for this conference within walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center - the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and the Westin Hotel Long Beach.
